We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and our obligations to existing customers.
2. Eligibility and Account Information
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
When submitting a tool or purchasing a service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You must have authority to submit any product, logo, image, description, website URL, or other materials that you provide.

3. Free Tool Listings
AIToolBee may allow users and software founders to submit tools for free consideration.
A free submission does not guarantee publication, indexing by search engines, a particular ranking, or a specific amount of traffic.
We may review submissions for relevance, completeness, accuracy, usefulness, quality, security concerns, and compliance with our editorial standards.
We may reject, edit, update, suspend, or remove a listing where reasonably necessary, including when information is inaccurate, the product is unavailable, the submission is misleading, or the listing violates these Terms or applicable law.
Where practicable, we may request corrections before rejecting a submission.
4. Paid Promotional and Editorial Services
We may offer the following services at the prices and for the durations displayed at checkout.
4.1 Featured Partner Listing
A Featured Partner Listing may provide a highlighted card in the designated Featured Partners section and a link to the relevant tool profile.
The standard advertised price may be $99 for 30 days, subject to the offer displayed at checkout.
4.2 Featured Category Listing
A Featured Category Listing may provide a highlighted position within a selected tool category.
The standard advertised price may be $49 for 30 days, subject to availability and the offer displayed at checkout.
4.3 Tool of the Week
Tool of the Week may provide a promotional spotlight in a designated area of the Website.
The standard advertised price may be $49 for seven days, subject to the offer displayed at checkout.
4.4 Sponsored Editor’s Spotlight
A Sponsored Editor’s Spotlight may provide a prominent promotional position on the homepage.
The standard advertised price may be $99 for 30 days, subject to availability and the offer displayed at checkout.
A paid placement is a promotional service and must not be interpreted as an independent award, objective endorsement, or guarantee of product quality.
4.5 In-Depth Tool Review
An in-depth review is a research-based editorial service that may cover a tool’s features, use cases, pricing, strengths, limitations, and alternatives.
The standard advertised price may be $99 for a one-time review, subject to the scope displayed at checkout.
We may require additional product information, access to publicly available documentation, or other materials reasonably necessary to prepare the review.
We will not claim that we personally tested or used a product unless such testing actually took place.
A review purchase does not guarantee a positive review, publication of unsupported claims, or acceptance of content that violates our editorial standards.
4.6 Price and Offer Changes
Prices, package benefits, and available inventory may change. The price and service description presented at the time of purchase will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional placements are one-time purchases rather than automatically recurring subscriptions.
Any recurring charge or subscription must be clearly disclosed and authorised separately before it begins.
5. Payment and Order Processing
Payments may be processed through Creem, Lemon Squeezy, or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
The payment provider’s applicable checkout terms, transaction policies, and legally required disclosures may also apply.
You authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment for the service you select.
An order confirmation or payment receipt does not automatically guarantee publication or activation if editorial approval, verification, or additional information is required.
We may delay fulfilment while verifying payment, reviewing submitted materials, or requesting necessary information.
We will not knowingly activate a paid promotional entitlement solely on the basis of an unverified payment claim.
6. Editorial Approval and Delivery
Paid promotional services remain subject to availability, technical feasibility, and applicable editorial standards.
Unless a different schedule is expressly stated at checkout or agreed in writing:
- A placement begins on the start date communicated to the customer after payment and any required approval.
- A placement runs for the purchased duration.
- A placement may be scheduled for a later date when inventory is unavailable immediately.
- An in-depth review begins after payment confirmation and receipt of the information reasonably required to prepare it.
If we cannot deliver the purchased service, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include a reasonable alternative, rescheduling, or a refund where applicable.
We do not guarantee search-engine indexing, search rankings, website traffic, sales, conversions, leads, or business outcomes.
7. Promotional Placement Expiry and Renewal
Temporary promotional placements expire at the end of their purchased duration.
After expiry, a tool may return to the standard directory listing area, lose its featured badge, or be removed from the promotional section.
Expiry of a paid placement does not automatically delete the underlying tool profile or any separately published review.
Renewals are subject to availability and the price and terms offered at the time of renewal. A renewal is not automatic unless a recurring arrangement has been clearly disclosed and expressly authorised.
If a placement is interrupted due to a technical issue under our control, we may, acting reasonably and subject to applicable law, extend the placement, reschedule it, provide an alternative, or issue an appropriate refund.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Please review the following terms before purchasing.
8.1 Before Work or Placement Begins
If you request cancellation before we begin work on a review and before a promotional placement has started, contact us at support@aitoolbee.com.
We will assess the request under the terms displayed at checkout and applicable law. An eligible refund may be issued through the original payment provider.
8.2 After a Promotional Placement Begins
Once a time-limited placement has started and the agreed promotional service is being delivered, the purchase is generally not refundable merely because the customer changes their mind, subject to applicable statutory rights and any specific checkout terms.
If the placement was not delivered as described or was materially interrupted due to an issue under our control, contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate remedy.
8.3 In-Depth Reviews
If work on an in-depth review has not begun, a cancellation request may be considered for a refund.
Once research, drafting, or other substantial review work has begun, the purchase may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed at checkout.
If we are unable to complete a purchased review, we will contact the customer to discuss a reasonable remedy.
8.4 Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once or were charged incorrectly, contact support@aitoolbee.com with your order reference and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund through the applicable payment provider.
8.5 How to Request a Refund

- Your name and purchase email.
- Order or transaction reference.
- The service purchased.
- The reason for the request.
We will review your request in accordance with these Terms, the applicable payment provider’s procedures, and applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Customer Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
- Submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Website security.
- Use the Website to distribute spam, scams, malware, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to represent a product.
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, traffic metrics, or product information.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the Website, its systems, or other users’ information.
- Use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law.
We may suspend a submission, remove content, cancel a promotional campaign, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a violation.
10. Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit, subject to rights you grant under these Terms.
By submitting a tool listing or ordering a promotional or editorial service, you grant AIToolBee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, edit for clarity, and distribute the submitted materials as reasonably necessary to operate the directory and deliver the requested service.
This licence includes displaying approved logos, thumbnails, product descriptions, and related promotional materials on AIToolBee.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide these materials and authorise their use.
You may request correction or removal of submitted materials by contacting us. We will consider such requests subject to outstanding contractual obligations, legitimate operational requirements, and applicable law.
AIToolBee’s own branding, design, original editorial material, and website components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Third-Party Tools and Links
AIToolBee may link to AI tools, software, external websites, and third-party services.
These products and services are generally owned and operated by their respective providers.
We do not control or guarantee their availability, security, privacy practices, pricing, accuracy, performance, or suitability for your particular needs.

A listing or paid placement does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee by AIToolBee.
12. Sponsored Content and Affiliate Relationships
Some directory cards, promotional placements, spotlights, or reviews may be paid for by the relevant product provider.
Where appropriate, paid content will be identified as sponsored, featured, or promotional.
Payment for a placement does not guarantee a positive editorial opinion or a favourable review.
AIToolBee may add affiliate links in the future. Where we use affiliate links, we will provide appropriate disclosure. If a link earns us a commission, that relationship will not guarantee a recommendation or product outcome.
Paid links will be qualified as appropriate under applicable platform and search-engine policies. We do not sell guaranteed search-engine rankings or promise that paid links will improve a website’s ranking.
13. Accuracy and Editorial Independence
We make reasonable efforts to present useful and accurate directory information, but AI products can change frequently.
Descriptions, prices, availability, features, and other product information may become outdated or may be supplied by the product provider.
We do not warrant that every listing or review is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every user.
We may update editorial content when new information becomes available or remove information that cannot reasonably be verified.
Users should independently verify important product claims and review the official provider’s information before making purchasing or business decisions.
14. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We aim to keep AIToolBee accessible and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

Where a paid service is affected, we will consider the circumstances and any applicable contractual or statutory refund obligations.
Termination of a temporary promotional placement does not automatically delete a permanent profile unless removal is separately justified under our listing policies or applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued where doing so would violate applicable law.
